This established insurance company based in Kuala Lumpur is amongst one of the most recognised institutions globally. The company is looking for a Finance Manager to join its dynamic business.

Your new role

• Lead the finance function for a regulated business entity, overseeing financial and management reporting, planning activities, governance, and overall financial performance.
• Manage financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder engagements while ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Provide financial analysis, business insights, and decision support to senior management, while maintaining strong oversight of controls, risks, and outsourced finance activities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on business initiatives, process improvements, operational changes, and continuous enhancement of finance processes and reporting capabilities.
• Drive a strong control environment through effective governance, audit coordination, compliance monitoring, and oversight of key financial obligations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 6-8 years' experience of financial/regulatory reporting experience within insurance or the financial service industry
  
• Experience with IFRS/MFRS17 or IFRS/MFRS4 is an added advantage
