Takaful Advisor / Financial Consultant

Location: Alor Setar, KedahEmployment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are expanding our team in Alor Setar and are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in the financial services and takaful industry.

As a Takaful Advisor, you will help individuals and families understand their financial protection needs and provide suitable takaful solutions based on their circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations to understand financial and protection needs

Provide education on takaful, medical protection, income protection and family financial planning

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Develop your own client portfolio through online and offline channels

Conduct sales consultations and follow-ups through WhatsApp, social media and other digital platforms

Assist clients with policy servicing and claims-related matters

Participate in regular training, coaching and team development sessions

Compensation

This is a commission-based career opportunity with performance incentives.

Requirements

Based in Alor Setar / Kedah

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets

Interested in sales, business development or financial services

Fresh graduates and candidates from different professional backgrounds are welcome
