Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Financial Accountant at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Senior Financial Accountant will oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role includes managing month-end and year-end closing processes, maintaining general ledger integrity, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The Senior Financial Accountant will monitor financial controls, optimize accounting workflows, and support the implementation and use of accounting software and tools. The role also involves preparing management reports, contributing to financial planning, and providing strategic insights that support data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced, AI-focused environment.

• Proficiency in Finance and strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and support strategic decision-making.
• In-depth experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and related tools to streamline accounting processes and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
• Experience in a technology, fintech, or AI-driven company is beneficial, especially in international or emerging markets.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote work setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
