Minimum qualification of SPM or above.

At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development.

Candidates with banking, financial services, or loan-related experience will have an added advantage.

Sales-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Confident in handling outbound calls, customer enquiries, and sales follow-ups.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Generated and followed up with leads to identify customers interested in property financing, mortgage loans, and refinancing solutions.

Consulted with clients to understand their financial needs, property ownership, existing loan commitments, and refinancing objectives.

Assessed customers' financial profiles and recommended suitable mortgage or refinancing options based on their requirements.

Explained loan packages, interest rates, repayment terms, eligibility criteria, and associated fees to clients clearly and professionally.

Assisted customers throughout the loan application process, from initial consultation and document collection to submission and approval.

Conducted cold calling, outbound calls, and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.

Maintained regular communication with clients to provide updates on loan application status, approval, documentation, and disbursement.
