Job Title: Project Coordinator

Shift: Permanent Night Shift / US Hours

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating End User Computing (EUC) projects from initiation through delivery, working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and customers to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate custom and complex customer projects and track project progress.

* Review customer requirements and maintain project documentation.

* Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams.

* Monitor timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables; escalate when required.

* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

* Support project planning, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery.

* Provide project status updates and identify process improvements.

* Work with tools such as Financial Force (FF), DOMS, DellStar, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT.

Requirements

* 3+ years in project coordination, project management, program management, or sales operations.

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.

* Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* Technical understanding of PC operating systems/deployment environments is an advantage.

* Strong customer-facing skills and fluent English.

* Willingness to work permanent night shift / US hours.
