Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 15 years of working experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Student Recruitment, Sales or a related industry.

Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including social media marketing, online advertising, lead generation and campaign management.

Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing a marketing or sales team.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong business development and networking abilities.

Results-oriented and able to achieve marketing and student recruitment targets.

Lead, manage and motivate the Marketing Team to achieve monthly student enrolment targets.

Plan, organise and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Recruit, train and coach new and existing Marketing Executives.

Monitor team performance and ensure continuous productivity.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, online platforms and lead generation campaigns.

Identify new market opportunities and establish partnerships with companies, organisations and industry partners to promote part-time study programmes.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, education partners and corporate clients.

Organise education fairs, roadshows, corporate talks and promotional events.

Analyse marketing performance and prepare weekly reports for the Directors.

Contribute innovative ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and student recruitment performance.
