Hiring: Oracle AML Technical Consultant | TRX, KL (Onsite) | 1-Year Contract

Location: TRX, Kuala Lumpur (Onsite)

Employment: 1-Year Contract

We are looking for an Oracle AML Technical Consultant to lead the architecture, implementation, configuration, and data-level integration of the Oracle FCCM / OFSAA suite within a bank's IT and Risk Systems division.

What You Bring:

3–6+ years hands-on technical experience with Oracle FCCM (formerly Mantas) and OFSAA data model

Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL – complex queries, stored procedures, packages, performance tuning

Unix/Linux shell scripting, server administration, and automation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

ETL data pipeline design and development

Oracle Compliance Studio, Python, Apache Spark, or graph analytics – highly advantageous

Banking data structures knowledge – retail, corporate, or investment banking

Financial compliance principles – Swift messaging formats, FATF regulations

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

What You'll Do:

Lead technical deployment and configuration of Oracle FCCM – Transaction Monitoring, KYC, Customer Screening, Enterprise Case Management

Design and maintain ETL pipelines to map transaction data from core banking systems into OFSAA staging

Assist in configuring and tuning detection scenarios – SQL, PL/SQL, graph database scripts

Manage patch installations, application upgrades, and system integrations

Own L3 technical support – diagnose performance bottlenecks, database locking, data drop-offs

Maintain technical lineage maps, architecture diagrams, and configuration logs for audits
