We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our Property Valuation Department for the following available positions:

• Assistant Valuation Executive
• Valuation Executive

Office Location : Jalan Jakar, Bandar Chukai, Kemaman, Terengganu

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist with property inspections and site visits.
• Assist in collecting property and market information.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports and related documentation.
• Conduct basic research on property transactions and market information.
• Assist the valuation team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Real Estate, Valuation or any relevant field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant experience in property valuation will be an added advantage.
• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Willing to learn and develop a career in the property valuation industry.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for property inspections and site visits when required.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation will be an advantage.
