Job Summary

You will assist the dentist during treatments and support daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient patient care and clinic management.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during dental procedures to ensure efficient and safe treatment delivery

Prepare and set up dental instruments and treatment rooms to meet procedural requirements

Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment to uphold hygiene standards

Perform basic administrative tasks to support clinic operations and patient management

Prepare patients for treatment and provide appropriate assistance and care during procedures

Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation to ensure compliance and continuity of care

Ensure treatment rooms and clinic areas are clean, organized, and hygienic to maintain a safe environment

Manage stock levels and maintain dental supplies to prevent shortages and support uninterrupted clinic functions

Provide friendly and professional service to patients to enhance their clinic experience

Follow clinic infection control, safety, and hygiene procedures to protect patients and staff

Perform other clinic duties as required to support overall clinic efficiency and patient care

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Dental experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided

Basic computer skills to perform administrative duties efficiently

Willingness to learn and follow instructions to adapt to clinic protocols

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff

Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude to provide excellent patient care

Responsible, organized, and attentive to detail to maintain clinic standards

Willingness to travel and support other clinic branches when required

Monday to Friday – Office Hours | Saturday – Half Day | No Night Shifts |

Sundays & Public Holidays Closed
