Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our automotive business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, improving efficiency, and leading the operations team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Manage, supervise, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance targets.

• Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and overall operational processes.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns or operational issues effectively.

• Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, suppliers, and other departments.

• Monitor operational costs, inventory, equipment, and resources.

• Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant automotive regulations.

• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

• Support business development and contribute to achieving company revenue and performance targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in automotive operations or a similar management role.

• Strong knowledge of automotive servicing, repair, maintenance, and workshop operations.

• Proven experience in team management and staff supervision.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Able to work independently and handle a fast-paced working environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or relevant automotive management systems.

• Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage.
