Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.

Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.

Strong sales acumen with a genuine passion and heart for sales.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on shift rotation.

Salary Range: RM2500 - RM3000 + Commission

Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and accessories by providing product information and recommendations.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling.

Ensure excellent customer service, handle inquiries and feedback professionally, and conduct customer follow-ups.

Process sales transactions accurately and follow company SOPs and cash handling procedures.

Support daily store operations, including stock-taking, inventory monitoring, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.

Attend daily meetings to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
