We have a job opportunity for a Big Data Solutions Architect/ Cloudera Solutions Architect/ Technical Account Manager (TAM) position with one of our prestigious cloud clients in Singapore.

Experience: 

• 14+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, senior systems engineering, or technical customer success in big data, cloud, or enterprise SaaS.

Technical Skills

• Cloudera & Big Data Ecosystem: Experience with Cloudera Data Platform (CDP Base/Public Cloud/Private Cloud), Apache Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, Hive, Impala, Kafka, NiFi, or Apache Iceberg.
• Infrastructure & Cloud: Good understanding of Kubernetes (OpenShift, EKS, AKS), Linux administration, networking, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Security & Governance: Experience with enterprise security frameworks, including Kerberos, Apache Ranger, Atlas, TLS/SSL, and IAM integration.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze log files, cluster metrics, and query performance execution plans.

Soft Skills

• Customer Facing: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear executive messaging.
• Project & Crisis Management: Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent client workloads, drive cross-functional alignment, and remain calm under critical outage scenarios.
