Salary range will be based on the experience

• Prepare and process shipping documentation including Import/Export, LC, Bill of Lading and FTA documents.
• Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide customer support on shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines and regulations.
• Arrange freight bookings and shipment scheduling according to company requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries or complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Send shipment documents to clients, agents and shipping partners accurately and on time.
• Maintain good relationships with agents, shipping companies and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipping rates and conduct basic cost analysis.
• Support overseas agents coordination and development of new accounts.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support business growth.
