Areas of responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), payment requests, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, Finance, and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow reports, ageing reports, budget tracking, and expenditure records.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with relevant parties.
• Maintain proper filing systems, contracts, procurement records, and departmental documentation.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, and inventory records.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
• Carry out any other job tasks / assignments as and when requested by Senior Management, Department Head or direct superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the property development or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, payment documentation, and administrative procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented.
