The Receiving Officer plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock control, ensuring quality standards of incoming goods, and supporting smooth operational flow between suppliers, storerooms, and hotel departments.
The Receiving Officer is responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, documentation, and distribution of all incoming goods and deliveries to the hotel. This role ensures that all items are accurately received, properly recorded, and efficiently delivered to the correct departments in line with procurement and inventory control procedures.
The Receiving Officer plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock control, ensuring quality standards of incoming goods, and supporting smooth operational flow between suppliers, storerooms, and hotel departments.
• Previous experience in receiving, storekeeping, or inventory control preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle goods and deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
