Job Descriptions

• Oversee Finance, Accounting and Admin operations of the company including banking, accounting functions, payroll, budget preparation, information technology, human resources and administrative services.
• Leads all financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
• Liaise and communicate effectively with HQ in Korea and existing network of companies

Requirements

• Possess Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Highly motivated with a good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), influencing and presentation skills.
• Candidate required to make and present reports to the top management in Korea which normally will be conducted in Korean. Therefore, a high level of proficiency in Korean language is highly preferred.
