Job Summary

Support the Project Manager in overseeing construction progress, quality, site safety, client communication, government liaison, and permit issuance to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in monitoring and controlling construction progress to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Assist in enforcing site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to address project needs and updates
• Liaise with Singapore government authorities to secure necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage the issuance of permits to work (PTW) for construction activities to facilitate smooth operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a CSCPM (Construction Safety Course for Project Managers) certificate as a mandatory qualification for project management support

• Experience as a Project Manager in the PROCESS industry, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or oil and gas sectors
• Holder of an SWSHPP (Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant) certificate (formerly OPISC certificate) as an additional safety qualification
• Minimum Education: Polytechnic Diploma
