Job Summary
Develop and implement business strategies to expand the customer base, increase store traffic, and improve business profitability. Supervise, motivate, and guide sales staff to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, motivate, and supervise sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle company administrative duties and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
Conduct staff performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support employee development.
Organize staff schedules, allocate duties, and coordinate daily work arrangements.
Oversee daily business operations to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business objectives.
