Customer Service – TikTok PayLater

We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our TikTok PayLater Customer Service Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to TikTok PayLater accounts and payments.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding or overdue PayLater payments.
• Provide clear information on payment amounts, due dates, and payment methods.
• Follow up with customers professionally through calls or other approved communication channels.
• Assist customers with payment-related enquiries and account issues.
• Update customer information, call outcomes, and payment arrangements accurately in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly productivity and performance targets.
• Maintain a professional and polite manner when communicating with customers.
• Follow company SOPs, compliance requirements, scripts, and data privacy guidelines.
• Attend training, coaching, and team briefings when required.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Team Leader or Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Customer service, call centre, telemarketing, or collection experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300, depending on experience.
