Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably with multi-store management experience

Strong sales analysis, problem-solving and leadership skills

Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and visual merchandising

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to analyse sales performance and develop action plans

Able to manage and coach retail teams effectively

Willing to travel between stores when require

Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, transaction value and product sell-through across stores

Set store targets, identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans

Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to ensure SOP compliance

Manage store manpower, schedules, attendance, recruitment, training and performance

Monitor inventory levels, stock transfers, stock counts and stock discrepancies

Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained

Handle escalated customer complaints, refunds and exchanges

Prepare weekly and monthly sales and operational reports for management

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention measures

Support new store openings, relocations, renovations, events and other retail projects
