Location: Jalan Kuning, Taman Pelangi

Working time: 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely data entry.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and submit SST, if applicable.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• SPM/ Diploma or above in the related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Able to handle the full set account.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
