Are you passionate about gaming and enjoy helping other players? We are looking for a Gaming Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting players and assisting with their enquiries through Live Chat and Email. If you are a gamer with good communication skills and enjoy providing support to others, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to players via Live Chat and Email.
• Respond to player enquiries and assist in resolving issues.
• Ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for players.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures when handling player enquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of working experience.
• Passionate about gaming and familiar with the gaming industry.
• Candidates with gaming experience are highly preferred.
• Good written communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting customers through Live Chat and Email.
• Comfortable working on a rotational schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
