This role combines hands-on retail work with representing the brand directly to customers.

You will be one of the main points of contact on the shop floor, helping customers discover the products while also making sure the store remains organised, well presented and operationally ready throughout the day.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Customer experience

• Welcome customers and create a comfortable, attentive shopping experience.

• Learn about customer preferences and provide suitable product recommendations.

• Explain product features, materials, usage or other relevant information clearly.

• Handle routine enquiries, transactions and customer requests with care.

• Follow up on customer questions or issues that require additional assistance.

Representing the brand

• Communicate the brand's products and values naturally through everyday customer interactions.

• Maintain a consistent tone and level of service across different customer touchpoints.

• Share customer feedback and observations that may be useful for future product or retail decisions.

• Support product launches, seasonal activities and in-store promotional initiatives.

Retail operations

• Assist with opening and closing routines and other daily store procedures.

• Keep product displays, shelves and customer areas neat and properly maintained.

• Receive, arrange and replenish merchandise when required.

• Check stock availability and flag low-stock or missing items to the relevant person.

• Assist with stock counts and maintain accurate basic inventory records.

• Support order preparation, collections and other retail fulfilment tasks.

STORE SUPPORT

There will also be general operational work behind the scenes. This may include updating simple records, preparing products for display, assisting with visual merchandising and helping the wider team during busier periods.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys being around customers but is also willing to handle practical store responsibilities rather than staying purely on the sales floor.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A GOOD FIT

Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, hospitality or brand-facing roles would be useful.

You should be approachable, attentive and comfortable starting conversations with customers. Good communication skills are important, particularly when explaining products or helping someone choose between different options.

A strong sense of presentation and attention to detail will also help, as the condition of the store and the way products are presented form part of the overall customer experience.
