Requirements:
Degree in Construction/Quantity Surveying or equivalent

At least 5 years’ experience handling contracts for

HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.

Strong knowledge of construction law and contract management.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
