Experience: Proven experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar role in a busy kitchen.
Culinary Skills: Strong cooking and presentation skills with attention to detail.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and has a friendly approach within a kitchen team.
Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
岗位职责
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the assigned kitchen section.
Assist the Chef De Partie in maintaining kitchen standards and food safety protocols.
Assist and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor stock levels for ingredients in your section, reporting shortages to the Head Chef.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and plated according to Carousel & Co. presentation standards.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and improve existing recipes.
