Sales Associate

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our exciting entertainment and immersive LED experience!

If you enjoy meeting new people, creating memorable customer experiences and working in a fun, modern environment, this could be the perfect job for you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage visitors, creating a friendly and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
• Assist customers with ticket sales, promotions and general enquiries.
• Introduce and explain the different experience zones and attractions to visitors.
• Actively promote tickets, packages and special promotions.
• Ensure the outlet and experience areas are clean, presentable and ready for visitors.
• Assist with daily operations and ensure visitors follow safety and experience guidelines.
• Help create exciting social media content, including photos and videos for TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Contribute creative ideas for social media trends, promotions and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a fun, energetic and professional environment.

• Responsible, reliable and presentable.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service or entertainment is an advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important!
