Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Marketing Executive will identify and develop business opportunities in the marine and logistics sectors, manage existing client relationships, and support the expansion of key accounts. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals and presentations, coordinating marketing campaigns, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves collaborating with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate sales records and reports, and participating in events or visits to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales skills with experience in client acquisition, account management, and negotiation.
• Marketing and Market Planning skills to develop and execute campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Market Research capabilities to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, persuasive writing, and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in marine, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
