About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our event services to corporate clients, luxury brands, hospitality partners, government organizations, and other key stakeholders in Hong Kong and Macau. You will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau market.

• Promote and sell event services including event management, conference, roadshow, product launch, and experiential marketing solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal pitches.

• Understand clients' objectives and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized event solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities effectively.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in event management, hospitality, advertising, or related industries.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

• Strong network within Macau's corporate, hospitality, gaming, or MICE sectors is highly preferred.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel between Hong Kong and Macau when required.
