Responsibilities:

• Source and assess suppliers and vendors while requesting and comparing quotations.
• Prepare comprehensive cost analyses and product cost breakdowns.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules effectively.
• Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records diligently.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in sourcing precision machining or sheet metal
• Experience or knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales.
• Ability to liaise with overseas counterparts - China - Suzhou, Malaysia.

Location: Changi Area,
Salary up to S$4,500 monthly.
