Founded in 2010 by Patricia Ho Douven, the studio is driven by a collaborative team of designers with diverse international exposure and bespoke design expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong interior design foundation and experience in hospitality or F&B projects.
• Proficiency in Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts that respond to operational and guest experience needs.
• Capability to produce detailed Construction Drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details for coordination and execution.
• Experience in FF&E selection and specification, including finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that support project concepts and budgets.
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or equivalent).
• Strong visual, conceptual, and creative skills, with attention to detail and a portfolio demonstrating bespoke, high-quality design work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines. A strong team player.
