ID Architects Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Senior Technical Executive/BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will suit someone who has a keen interest in involvement on technical drawings and would like to pursue their career in one of the reputable architect firms in Singapore. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software

• To assist the Architects/Team Managers on the preparation and production of drawings for submission, tender and construction

• To prepare/review architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software

• To liaise with the local authorities, if required

• BIM Coordination, where required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in Architecture industry

• Proficient on the use of BIM software (Revit, and other relevant design and modelling tools)

• Experienced with Authorities’ submission procedure, Code requirements and compliance

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture or related fields
