• Expanding Company @Subsidary Listed Company- NEW HEADCOUNT
• Location: JohorJaya Rosmerah (Office)
• Working days:5 days/ 5.5 days (9am-5pm/9am-1230pm) but open discussion for Saturday depend on client's schedule
• Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus
• Medical & Dental + Annual Leave start from 14 days + 13 days PH

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
• Prepare and present sales proposals; negotiate terms and close sales.
• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

2. Marketing & Branding

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, company profiles, and social media platforms.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Provide excellent customer service and support after sales.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve client feedback or complaints efficiently.

4. Sales Reporting & Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to support order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to travel as needed for business purposes.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
