Job Description:

• Handle full set account
• Daily accounting data entry
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets
• Monitor payments, invoices, and collections
• Support tax, audit, and compliance-related matters
• Work closely with other departments on finance-related tasks
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Have experience in accounting systems (SQL software) or other accounting systems.
• 3 year or more of experience in account management, preferably in a key account or business development role, is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
