Job Description

Respond to helpdesk requests via phone, email and ticketing system, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues or escalating them where necessary.
Set up, configure and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices and user accounts, including onboarding and offboarding of staff.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents and solutions, and contribute to user guides and knowledge-base articles.
Support routine system updates, security checks and backups in line with company policies.

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking and common troubleshooting techniques.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical colleagues.
Organised, collaborative and keen to learn; relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) are an advantage but not essential.
