Luminee Learning is KiteSense’s AI-powered learning platform for primary school children. We combine personalised practice, clear explanations and feedback to help children learn independently and make progress.
We work with community organisations, education providers and funding partners to bring personalised learning to more children. We are looking for an experienced partnership professional to help grow this work across Singapore.

Temporary / Part-Time English Curriculum Developer

Join KiteSense and help develop engaging learning resources for local Primary 1 to 6 and international Year 1 to 6 English curricula on our online Luminee Learning platform. Gain practical experience in educational content creation, quality assurance and the use of AI tools in EdTech.

University and polytechnic students with a strong foundation in English and an interest in education are welcome to apply.

Job responsibilities

• Develop learning resources, questions, answers and explanations for the local Primary 1 to 6 English and international Year 1 to 6 English curricula on our online Luminee Learning platform, using approved AI tools and following provided learning objectives, examples and technical guidelines.
• Review and refine new and existing content, including AI-generated materials, to ensure accuracy, clarity, appropriate difficulty and alignment with learning objectives and technical guidelines.
• Prepare, tag and upload approved content to the platform, and verify that it is complete, correctly formatted and accurately displayed.
• Provide administrative support and perform related duties as assigned by the Learning Excellence team.

Who we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in any discipline, with a strong academic foundation and interest in the English language.
• Familiarity with local Primary 1 to 6 English Language syllabus and/or international Year 1 to 6 English syllabus would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Interest in using AI tools to support content development and quality assurance.
• Meticulous, with a keen eye for language errors, inconsistencies and formatting issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
• Able to commit for at least three months. Please indicate your availability and the number of hours you can commit each week.

Work arrangement and remuneration
This is a temporary, part-time opportunity with task-based remuneration. Rates will be discussed with shortlisted applicants and confirmed before work begins.

Assignments are estimated to take approximately two to four hours, depending on the scope and complexity. Deliverables, payment and submission deadlines will be agreed before each assignment.
