Job Description:

We are looking for experienced MEP BIM Modelers with strong Revit skills to support a chilled water piping system project in Kulim, Kedah. The successful candidates will work closely with the client's BIM team to develop accurate models and ensure effective coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model chilled water piping systems and related MEP components.
• Coordinate BIM models with the client's BIM team and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve modelling clashes and coordination issues.
• Update models based on project drawings, specifications, and design changes.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in MEP BIM modelling using Autodesk Revit.
• Experience in piping systems; chilled water piping experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, BIM standards, and coordination workflows.
• Ability to work closely with the client's BIM team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Available to join immediately.
