• Preferably 7–10 years of relevant Marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial, leadership or strategic ownership capacity.

• Proven ownership of Marketing Strategy — not only campaign or content execution.

• Demonstrated measurable impact on revenue, customer acquisition, conversion or Marketing performance.

• Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital Marketing, customer behaviourandperformance Marketing.

• Able to diagnose unclear business problems, work with incomplete data and turn insights into practical, testable solutions.

• Proven ability to lead people, set direction, prioritise and hold teams accountable.

• Comfortable presenting strategies, trade-offs and recommendations to senior Management.

• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial SME environment where the Marketing function is still being built and improved.

• Experience in consumer-facing, brand-led, direct-selling, distributor-led, community-led or growth-driven businesses is preferred.

• FELEMENT is looking for a Head of Marketing who can shape strategy, strengthen market differentiation and turn Marketing into a measurable driver of customer acquisition, conversion and commercial growth.

• Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have meaningful ownership across both company-owned channels and a wider Leader / distributor ecosystem, with the opportunity to build a stronger and more scalable Marketing function.

What You Will Own

• Develop and lead FELEMENT’s overall Marketing Strategy.

• Strengthen brand positioning and market differentiation.

• Drive measurable customer acquisition, conversion and marketing-led commercial growth.

• Lead direction across digital, social media, content, campaigns and performance marketing.

• Build marketing systems and tools that enable FELEMENT’s Leader / distributor ecosystem to acquire, educate and convert customers more effectively.

• Identify growth bottlenecks and turn customer, competitor, market and performance insights into practical actions.

• Lead and develop the Marketing team and future capabilities.

• Establish clear Marketing KPIs, performance reviews and continuous improvement practices.
