Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 or equivalent.

Willing to work on a 2-shift rotation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient/customer service.

Ability to follow specific dietary plans, order counts, and hygiene guidelines.

Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress, F&B Crew, or Catering Assistant in a healthcare/hospitality environment is an advantage.

Preparing meals according to centralized plating / individual serving trays based on the quantity and specific diet types ordered.

Counting inventory of crockery, cutlery, and trays after use.

Delivering and serving meals to patients in the ward.

Cleaning crockery, cutlery, and trays after use.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
