Good spoken and written English and Chinese, with confidence in appearing on camera.

Able to plan content, write scripts and captions, manage posting schedules, and keep up with social media trends.

Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).

Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, AI content creation tools, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads is an added advantage.

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other digital platforms.

Appear on camera for videos, product demonstrations, interviews, and brand campaigns.

Research social media trends and develop creative content ideas to increase views and followers.

Write scripts, captions, and content copy in English and Mandarin to engage Mandarin-speaking customers.

Assist in managing daily social media activities and campaign execution.

Work closely with designers, videographers, and the marketing team to produce quality content.

Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and results.

Support livestreams, showroom events, and marketing campaigns when required.

Perform other marketing and content-related duties assigned by the company.
