Temporary Warehouse Administrator (1–2 Month Contract)

Location: Changi South
Working Hours: Monday, 8:00am – 6:00pm; Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am –6:00pm
Working Arrangement: 5-day workweek

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse administrative duties and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with stocktaking and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare goods for collection, delivery and dispatch.
• Issue goods and equipment to technicians and record stock movements accordingly.
• Attend to walk-in customers and assist with the collection of goods.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including basic handling and organising of goods.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative and warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control or storekeeping is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management systems is an added advantage.
• Willing to perform both administrative and hands-on warehouse duties.
• Comfortable working in an air-conditioned office area as well as a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.
