Job Purpose

To support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, leading and developing the store team, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining Boost Juice brand standards, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

• Assist in managing daily store operations in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure the store opens and closes according to the required procedures.
• Maintain product quality, consistency, presentation, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
• Support smooth operations during peak hours and ensure efficient service delivery.

2. Sales and Business Performance

• Support the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Encourage effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, average transaction value and labour productivity.
• Support the execution of promotions and marketing campaigns.

3. People Management

• Supervise, guide and motivate Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Assist with staff scheduling, manpower planning and attendance monitoring.
• Train new employees and coach existing team members.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and development.
• Promote teamwork, accountability and a positive working environment.

4. Inventory and Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor product wastage, portion control and stock handling.
• Assist in controlling cost of goods and labour costs.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage procedures.

5. Customer Service

• Deliver a friendly, efficient and positive Boost customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate serious matters to the Store Manager.
• Ensure the team consistently meets customer service standards.

6. Cash Handling and Administration

• Ensure cash handling and point-of-sale procedures are followed.
• Assist with daily sales reconciliation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Report incidents, maintenance issues and operational concerns to the Store Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage, retail or hospitality; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales performance, stock control and cost management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
