Business Analyst, Digitalisation (SAP SuccessFactors)

• Contract Type: 1-year contract Renewable
• Work Location: Fusionopolis, Singapore
• Interview Process: 1 round via Microsoft Teams
  

This is more than a traditional Business Analyst role.

• You’ll have the opportunity to own enterprise platforms, drive system enhancements and work on digitalisation initiatives across SAP, automation, analytics and AI. From understanding business pain points to designing better processes, coordinating implementation and delivering the solution, you’ll see the impact of your work end-to-end.

  This role gives you the opportunity to take real ownership of enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives, working across SAP SuccessFactors, automation, analytics and emerging digital solutions.
• You won’t just gather requirements. You’ll be involved across the full journey, from identifying business challenges and shaping solutions to testing, implementation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst, Digitalisation (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Hands-on experience in managing and supporting ERP platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors

Technical Skills
Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Power Platform
• Tableau / Power BI
• Workflow automation tools
• SQL and data analytics tool
