Position: Tenant Coordinator
Location: Menara 118, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Contract (Until Project Completion)
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Availability: Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tenant fit-out activities in accordance with project schedules and building requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between tenants, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review tenant submissions, drawings, and fit-out plans to ensure compliance with building guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor tenant fit-out progress and ensure works are completed within approved timelines.
• Coordinate site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues during fit-out works.
• Ensure all tenant contractors adhere to safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Track approvals, documentation, permits, and handover processes.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Support project management teams in achieving successful tenant handovers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out management, property development, construction, or related projects.
• Experience working on commercial high-rise, mixed-use developments, or large-scale building projects is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction and fit-out drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
