Clinic Manager

Company: Klinik MyFamily
Location: Johor Bahru, Johor
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Days: 5 days per week, 2 days off

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 5 clinic branches: Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Kulai, Gelang Patah, Masai, and Taman Molek.
• Visit and monitor each branch, with approximately one day per week allocated to each branch.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, leave, and manpower arrangements.
• Monitor clinic performance, stock inventory, and service quality.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with doctors, staff, and management.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with company events or special activities when required.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in clinic management or healthcare operations is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple branches and work independently.
• Must have own transport and a valid driving licence to travel between branches.
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and flexible.

Working Arrangements

• 5 working days and 2 days off per week.
• Flexible working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Working hours can be arranged flexibly, where possible, to help avoid peak-hour traffic.
• Occasional support may be required during company events, special activities, or unexpected manpower shortages, including on scheduled off days when necessary.
