Job Summary

Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and presentation standards while managing kitchen operations, stock, and product ordering to ensure food quality in a dynamic culinary environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare dishes and ingredients accurately according to recipes and portion controls to maintain management standards

Apply both Western and Asian kitchen techniques to deliver diverse menu items

Monitor stock levels and order products to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations

Maintain food quality by checking ingredients and finished dishes consistently

Communicate effectively with guests and staff at all levels to enhance service and teamwork

Work independently to manage assigned kitchen tasks efficiently

Collaborate with team members to support kitchen operations and complete ad-hoc duties as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Possess a strong passion for food and enjoy cooking

Demonstrate relevant experience in a quality-driven culinary environment

Hold N'/'O' level qualifications or equivalent from a culinary institution

Have a minimum of 4 years of working experience in the culinary field

Exhibit good teamwork skills
