The Role
You will own revenue growth end to end. That means finding new customers, closing deals, and building the marketing engine that keeps the pipeline full. This is a hands-on role in a lean team. You'll have real ownership and direct access to the directors, plus targets that matter.
What You'll Do
Generate and close new B2B and B2C business to hit quarterly revenue targets
Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead to signed contract and repeat business
Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events and partnerships
Develop partnerships with developers, contractors, distributors or retail channels (adjust to your entity)
Prepare proposals, quotations and pricing strategies with the operations team
Track market trends, competitors and customer feedback, and turn those insights into new opportunities
Report weekly on pipeline, conversion and campaign performance
What You Bring
3+ years in sales or business development, including at least 2 years carrying a revenue target
A track record of closing deals you can quantify, such as contract values, targets achieved or accounts won
Hands-on experience running marketing campaigns, digital or offline
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field
Strong English; Mandarin is an advantage for regional and China-linked clients
Nice to Have
Experience in < construction/building materials/hardware supply, aluminium and glass trade related>
Familiarity with CRM tools and social platforms like Xiaohongshu, Facebook or Instagram
Experience with government tenders (GeBIZ) or regional market entry
