Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of F&B operational experience.

• Must have hands-on cooking skills and able to lead kitchen operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple outlets.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when needed.

• Have cooking experience.

Working Hours

• 6 days per week

• Shift hour is 10:30am – 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for assigned outlets.

• Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and training.

• Ensure staff comply with company SOPs.

• Maintain high product quality, taste consistency, and hygiene standards.

• Perform cooking duties and train staff on proper cooking methods.

• Ensure correct inventory mix and adequate stock levels.

• Oversee maintenance of kitchen equipment and store facilities.

• Lead and motivate outlet teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

• Review operations and recommend improvements.

• Perform any other operational duties assigned.
