Sales Manager – SEA

We are looking for a SEA Sales Manager to drive business growth across Southeast Asia for a US-based company specializing in soldering and adhesive solutions, with two major product brands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop business opportunities and expand market share across SEA.
• Manage and support regional distributors and channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive sales growth through market development, product promotion and channel training.
• Analyse market trends, sales performance and business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide product and technical support to channel partners.

Requirements

• Experience working with distributors or channel partners across Southeast Asia.
• Knowledge of soldering solutions, adhesives, electronics manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working independently.
