As a fast-growing company committed to reducing carbon footprints and revolutionizing the automotive industry, we’re looking for a dynamic Account & Sales Support to join our team and help accelerate our brand’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up sales support operations, ensuring efficient order processing and execution.
Oversee vehicle allocation, inventory planning, and delivery coordination.
Monitor order status, production schedules, and shipment timelines.
Ensure sales processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments or external on import and export document.
Prepare basic sales reports and update sales data.
Organize and maintain sales files and documentation.
Support showroom events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in handling operation.
Possess basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines
