Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

At least 3 years of sales experience with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Automotive sales experience is highly preferred.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading a sales team.

Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Possess a valid driving license.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor and track individual and team sales performance.

Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Advisors to improve productivity and closing rates.

Conduct daily sales briefings and regular performance reviews.

Recruit, train, and onboard new Sales Advisors.

Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and customers.

Assist the team in handling customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing sales.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Monitor showroom activities, roadshows, and sales events.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and manufacturer requirements.

Prepare and submit sales reports to Management.
